In this video series they push the engine to extremes, from a dyno-stress test to an uphill head to head challenge pulling a 9,000 pound trailer. Now, not all of us need a vehicle that can haul two ton trees behind us–uphill–but having a vehicle that outperforms it’s competition with over 100,000 miles already on the engine is remarkable, and that’s something that everyone can appreciate.
There’s something comforting about knowing that your vehicle has the durability and performance to do what you need when you need and that’s what these tests really illustrate.
